Overview
This entire film is a dream–but a dream that takes place on TV! The broadcaster in this dream is Dream City. The Planet Poetica show is run by Planet Poetican news anchor, Chloe, who tries to sell a telepathic device to her audience members. The problem is, another TV show in the dream network station keeps cutting into her program, and some of her interviewees are dying. What a strange time to tune in to the dream network!
